We ask that you call the office when you arrive so that paperwork can be completed electronically from your car. You will be invited into the building when your specially ventilated room is ready.

If you are experiencing symptoms, please call us to let us know before you arrive. Stay in your car when you arrive. We will invite you into the building when the specially ventilated room is available. If you have severe symptoms, please go to the emergency room where they can assist you.

Yes, the CARES Act requires health insurance providers to cover the cost of COVID testing for people who have symptoms or have CDC defined close contact or high risk exposure (subject to change).
Insurance does not cover testing for non-medical reasons such as testing requested for:
- Going back to school
- Dental appointments
- Etc.
You must be registered in our virtual waiting room for testing. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, please go to your local emergency room for assistance.
